The MAXCELL-ULTRAFILTRATION Hollow Fiber Ultra Filters UFP-100-C-85 are now overstocked. This Ultrafiltration Cartridge (UFP-100-C-85) is made with a polysulfone housing, polysulfone end caps and permeate ports, polypropylene and polyethylene internal screens and spacers, and an epoxy fiber potting. It is USP class VI biological tested and has a short-term pH stability of 2-13. This cartridge is best used for virus concentration, purification and removal, as well as high capacity water purification and buffer depyrogenation. Each cartridge has a membrane area of 13 m2 (140 ft2) and has 6700 fibers. The required crossflow rates are 14.011 lpm (at 2000/sec), 28.022 lpm (at 4000/sec), 56.043 lpm (at 8000/sec), and 112.087 lpm (at 16000/sec). Its feed pressure maximum ranges from 3.4 bar (50 psi) at a temperature of 25C to 80C. The cartridge has a void volume [nominal] [lumen side] of 1900 ml and a hold-up volume [nominal] [shell side] minimum of 4550 ml. Its dimensions are 120 L x 10.8 cm o.d., with a cartridge o.d. of 10.8 cm (4.25 in). There are three cartridges available for sale, and each cartridge has a market price of $6952.00 from GE.
