The 25PUSRS Swivel Plate Caster with a capacity of 100 lbs, features a soft rubber wheel that measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/8". It has an overall height of 3 1/4", a plate size of 2 3/4" x 3 27/32", bolt hole spacing of 1 3/4" x 3" and a bolt size of 5/16. The caster's finish is zinc, and it is used commonly for furniture dollies, platform trucks, and shop carts. Access Casters upholds the rule that in case of damage or loss, title for goods sold shifts to the customer upon giving the product to the transportation company. In the event of loss or damage, contact the transportation company, and notify Access Casters within 10 days of receipt of product. Most products are shipped within 3-5 business days and special ordered products may have a different return policy. Modification or misuse, especially overloading the caster, voids the warranty. The seller is absolved of liability, and the purchaser's liability is limited to repair or replacement of any product determined to be defective under normal usage. Casters are for manual usage and the customer should refer to Access Casters for temperature ranges not found on the website.
