The TCM Bottle & Cap Torque Tester is a high-quality product designed for measuring the tightness of screw-on caps on various items like bottles, jars, and cans. It features versatile clamping jaws that can securely hold a multitude of shapes and sizes, making it a highly useful tool for industrial use. This torque tester contains a maximum grip capacity of 5.3" (135mm) round or square, making it adaptable to various sizes of caps. It comes with an easy-to-read dual scale that allows for simple and accurate measurements, and an auto-stop style pointer with a manual reset. The TCM Bottle & Cap Torque Tester is specially designed to test clockwise and counterclockwise directions. With its help, you can ensure that the correct torque has been applied to caps to ensure quality products and minimal leakage and deterioration, as well as safe storage and transportation. Using the TCM torque tester is easy - all you need to do is place the jar into the jaws, clamp it snugly (without over-clamping), then push the red reset button on the front of the unit.
