Constructed in 2008, this machine has very little use and has been well-maintained over the years. The stationary extruded aluminum "MATRIX" table is designed with a square grid pattern for fixturing parts, allowing the use of vacuum pods or closed cell rope gasketing material and spoilboards for nested based machining. This machine has twin ride-along tool changers that can hold up to 28 tools, a full-duty x-axis saw, and a 4th axis "wrist" for horizontal drilling or 4.5 axis machining. Other essential components include 2 Becker 15hp vacuum pumps and an enclosed safety enclosure around the machine with an access gate. This exceptional machine is incredibly fast and smooth, with a 4-axis electro-spindle with an HSK F63 adaptor featuring spindle speeds from 900-18000 RPM. The machine includes a boring head with a 3HP motor, 12 vertical spindles, and six horizontal spindles. Additionally, pneumatic pop-up pins on the table perimeter are included for convenient part location, and an updated PC front with SCM "Xilog Plus" Windows operating system with graphic interface programming assistance and NUM PLC. Enclosed in an air-conditioned cabinet, the machine has an 11" Z-axis stroke.
