The Migatron RPS-100-72-500 Ultrasonic Sensor with Remote Sensing Head is a versatile and reliable sensor that has been available since 1979. With various sensing ranges, a low frequency of 38.5kHz, and a broad sensing beam which allows for detection of an object at greater angles of tilt, this sensor is a must-have for those seeking flexibility and accuracy. It is also equipped with a small remote transducer, adjustable delay controls, LED indicator, and an isolated Form C relay output for N.O. and N.C. outputs. To make this sensor even more useful, the RPS-500 Analog Ranging Card can be added to give analog voltage and current outputs proportional to distance. With ranges available from 2" to 240", this card is a fast and accurate means of converting analog pulse width generated by the ultrasonic sensor into analog voltage and current. Both the current and voltage outputs of the analog RPS-500 card can be inverted, and it comes with a zero and span control which allows the analog signal to be adjusted over a desired range. If you're looking for a reliable and accurate sensor system for your application, the Migatron RPS-100-72-500 Ultrasonic Sensor with Remote Sensing Head and RPS-500 Analog Ranging Card is the way to go.
