The A22-HB Thread Roll Machine from REED is a durable piece of equipment that shows cosmetic wear from previous use but is still operational. This machine comes with dies that can efficiently perform 1/4" pipe threads and 3/8" straight threads, 2 sets of hangers, and gears as pictured. This machine has outstanding specifications that can accommodate various threading requirements. It has an in-feed threading diameter of 1/4" to 2-1/8" and a thru feed threading diameter of 1/4" to 1". The A22-HB Thread Roll Machine's die speeds range from 110 to 750 rpm, and cam speeds range from 6-26. It can handle a maximum die diameter of 4" and a maximum die width of 2-3/8". Additionally, the A22-HB has a potent 10HP motor. We recommend hiring a professional service person to install, test, and make necessary service adjustments before using the machine in production. Please note that the vibration during transit may require additional inspections. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, but Machinery Exchange can help you find the best price through their extensive network of freight carriers. Shipping is done on a skid and with a protective cosmoline coating. A forklift may be required to remove the machine from its skid. Payment options include check, credit card, or PayPal, and payment is due within five days of purchase.
