With a bake deck area of 60"W x 30"D, this oven provides ample space for baking on either a stone hearth or a metal undersheet deck. Its energy-efficient tubular type elements ensure that your baked goods are cooked to perfection. With interior deck height of 10-3/4", you can easily fit large quantities of food in the oven. This oven has a temperature range of up to 600?F and a voltage of 208, and it comes with a solid door type. The oven measures 75.5" x 72" x 36" and weighs 1,730 lbs.
